Homemade roasted winter vegetable soup
served with crusty bread

Baked brie and caramelized red onion bruschetta
with a sun blushed tomato salad and balsamic syrup

Homemade chicken, leek and smoked ham hock terrine
with toasted brioche and a port wine reduction

Local hot smoked salmon
served with a beetroot salad and a homemade dill and crème fraiche dressing

with a cranberry stuffing and all the trimmings

Oven roasted loin of Scottish pork
with a black haggis fritter, deep fried parsnips and a rich homemade Drambuie sauce

Medley of local seafood
served in a golden puff pastry bow with a homemade saffron and leek sauce

Slow baked honey ham
with a homemade leek and smoked bacon sauce and topped with deep fried leeks

Oven baked aubergine
stuffed with wild rice and a chestnut and butternut squash stuffing
