Our chefs each have some speciality or preferred area of work and to keep their sanity whilst at home, they’ve souped, fried, grilled, sautéd and baked their way through one of the worst years in recent history.
Ever mindful that feel-good food is definitely comfort food, ahead of re-opening, the team has worked hard, selecting ingredients and developing recipes for new menus that will keep the kitchen running safely and smoothly whilst we move through 2021. If you’ve missed our famous Sticky Toffee Pudding – don’t worry, it’s still on the menu.
Each dish is freshly prepared from scratch using top-quality local, Scottish ingredients – cooked and served by a team of passionate individuals.
