As well as giving our kitchen team the chance to show off their skills with new ingredients, we find seasonal foods are brighter, plumper, fresher and better for you.

    All our suppliers are locally sourced. Our meat is supplied by award winning local butcher Charles McHardy of Stonehaven and our fish by Gourline Fish Merchants of Gourdon.
