At The Station Hotel, we welcome all guests and aim to provide as much accessibility information as possible to help you plan your visit.
Building Access
- The main entrance of the hotel (which takes you into the lounge bar and snug) is step-free, but there’s a small threshold lip at the door.
- The public bar entrance is step-free, but has a small threshold lip.
- The entrances to the restaurant and function room have a small step at each door. However, a portable ramp is available on request for access to each area.
- The beer garden is not accessible, as there are a few steps leading up to it.
If you require the ramp or assistance on arrival, please let us know in advance, and our staff will be happy to help.
Bedrooms
All of our bedrooms are located upstairs and there is no lift in the building. Unfortunately, this means our rooms may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
Toilets
We regret that due to the historic nature of the building, we are unable to provide accessible toilet facilities. We understand that this may cause inconvenience and sincerely apologise.
Additional Information
We understand that accessibility is important, and while we are limited by the building’s structure, we will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible. If you have any questions about accessibility or need assistance when you arrive, please feel free to contact us in advance.
