Hogmanay Party
Celebrate the New Year in style
Join us for a traditional Scottish New Year, accompanied by the swirl of the kilt and skirl of the bagpipes. We know what makes a great party – an exciting environment, great food, drink and service, stunning entertainment and music that keeps everyone dancing.

Enjoy a glass of Prosecco on arrival with canapés
Starters
- Roasted butternut squash and lentil soup served with homemade garlic and rosemary focaccia bread
- Warm caramelised shallot and pear tarte tatin served with a goats cheese bon bon and a fig and balsamic dressing
- Duck confit rillettes topped with smoked duck and served with a warm blackberry and port compote and toasted brioche
Main Courses
- Slow braised feather blade of beef served with a wild mushroom and pancetta sauce
- Chicken breast stuffed with parma ham and mozzarella cheese served with a roasted red pepper coulis and basil oil
- Baked fillet of salmon with a homemade lobster sauce served with a crispy crab bon bon
- Roasted butternut squash filled with a spiced lentil and chestnut stuffing served with a light blue cheese sauce
(All served with truffled dauphinoise potatoes, roasted herby cauliflower and fondant carrots)
Desserts
- Cold vanilla poached pear served with a hazelnut crumb, salted caramel ice cream and butterscotch sauce
- Mango and passion fruit mille-feuille served with a mango sorbet and a red berry coulis
- Honey fig and frangipane tart served with a whisky infused crème anglaise and topped with a brandy snap cannoli

MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
Our resident DJ was fantastic last year and promises to deliver the same this year. We are also delighted to welcome back the Stonehaven Pipe Band. A Piper will bring in the New Year. Celebrations go on into the ‘wee sma oors’ finishing at 1am. Please note that the Hogmanay Party is not available to under 18s. Children are not permitted.
