Served from 1st – 24th December.


Homemade roasted butternut squash and red pepper soup
served with crusty bread

Wild venison pate
served with an apple chutney, toasted ciabatta and a bramble & juniper dressing

Brie bruschetta
with a mango chilli chutney, drizzled with Balsamic dressing and served with a herby salad

Roulade of smoked salmon and crayfish
with cream cheese and dill, beetroot chutney and a honey & lemon dressing

Traditional roast turkey
with a homemade cranberry and apricot stuffing and served with all the trimmings

Oven roasted loin of Scottish pork
served with a local black haggis fritter and a caramelised onion gravy

Honey baked ham
topped with caramelised apple & Stornoway black pudding and served with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce

Baked fillet of haddock
stuffed with a smoked salmon mousse and served with a rich crab and tomato sauce

Roasted vegetable & hazelnut crumble
with a medley of butternut squash, sweet potato and celeriac in a creamy garlic sauce
