served with a shallot dressing and tomato chutney
Smoked mackerel pate with with candied beetroot piccalilli

stuffed with a smoked ham hough mousse served with a wild mushroom & tarragon sauce

Roasted butternut squash and kale choux crown
served with a carrot & chilli sauce
