Homemade carrot and parsnip soup
served with a ciabatta roll

Wild boar pate
served with a sticky fig relish, a roasted shallot dressing and toasted ciabatta

Baby roasted plum tomato, mozzarella and basil bruschetta
served with a red pesto dressing, herb salad and a Balsamic syrup

Local smoked salmon
served with a cucumber and dill salad and drizzled with a fresh lemon dressing

Traditional roast turkey
with a homemade cranberry and apricot stuffing and served with all the trimmings

Oven roasted loin of Scottish pork
served with black haggis bon bons and a homemade mustard sauce

Slowly cooked game casserole
served with golden puff pastry in a rich red wine, wild mushroom and smoked pancetta gravy

Baked fillet of haddock
stuffed with asparagus spears and served with a homemade king prawn and tomato sauce

Roasted winter vegetable vol-au-vent
served with a rich garlic and spinach sauce
